Lopsang Sherpa was born in kharikhola, situated on the classical route to Everest

Lopsang Sherpa holds the UIAGM/IFMGA Mountain Guide carnet, the highest qualification in the world for leading people in the mountains. He has been guiding for 14 years, summiting Everest six times Manaslu twice and summiting once Mt. Lhotse. Besides 8000m peaks he has guided numerous climbs on 6000m peaks.
